Dr. Smith
Jarrod R. Smith, MD is a sports medicine fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Smith is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and has subspecialty board certification in sports medicine. He is a native of South Point, Ohio. Dr. Smith graduated from the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Chattanooga. He completed sports medicine fellowship training at the Andrews Institute under the direction of Dr. James Andrews, famed sports medicine specialist. He was voted as “Best of the Tri-State” in orthopedic surgery by readers of the Ironton Tribune.
